When you opt in to the Sarasota Window Blinds text messaging program, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, consultation, appointment scheduling and reminders, project and order updates, and — if you separately consent — occasional promotional and informational messages about our products and services.

Your consent to receive promotional text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from us, and is not a condition of any purchase, consultation, or partnership. You may still work with us and receive service-related communications by phone or email if you prefer not to receive texts.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project. You may receive messages in response to your requests as well as scheduled reminders and updates.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging or data plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may be affected by factors outside our control.

We retain records of your consent and opt-out requests as required to operate the program and comply with applicable law.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
